H 2010 / Ultraflex 10 is a coaxial cable that can be used in the frequency range 1,8 MHz up to 8000 MHz. In the 40 m band, the cable is extremely low-loss, only 1,2 dB per 100 m. In the 20 m band the loss is only 1,5 - 1,6 dB. So H 2010 / Ultraflex 10 is a cable that, in conjunction with a high level of shielding of> 105 dB, is an ideal cable for operation on shortwave.

The plastic-coated copper foil is carefully woven with the help of 24 coils.
The optical coverage is 71%.

Our new coax cable pliers cut the center conductor
very precisely without changing its inner structure.
Thus you can easily place the center pin onto the cable.

The copper foil of Ultraflex10 is 27 mm wide. The diameter is 7,3 mm (± 0,05 mm).
The circumference of the insualtion is
7,3 mm * p = 22,9 mm
The foil overlaps 4,0 mm

triple layer insulation

The photo shows the structure of the three-layer insulation at 150x 
magnification. The air inclusions in the conductor area are 
larger than towards the outer skin.

The difficulty is not in creating a three-layer dielectric 
(as in the "NEW GAS EXPANDED TRIPLE LAYER" figure.

The difficulty is more in producing a solid, homogeneous 
foam with a vesicular structure in such a way that the 
mechanical high-performance properties between 
the 2 transitions of the foam structures are guaranteed.
