Our new coax cable pliers cut the center conductor
very precisely without changing its inner structure.
Thus you can easily place the center pin onto the cable. 

 

 

Das äußerst regelmäßige Geflecht wird auf einer Maschine mit 24 Spulen gearbeitet.
The extremely regular braid is produced by a machine using 24 spools.

 

Die kunststoffbeschichtete Kupferfolie überlappt ca. 4 - 5 mm.

Die Kupferfolie von Highflexx 7 PE ist 20 mm breit. Das Dielektrikum hat einen
Durchmesser von 5,00 mm (
± 0,05 mm). Der Umfang des Dielektrikums beträgt somit
5,0 mm *

  = 15,7 mm
Die Folie überlappt somit 4,3 mm.

The photo shows the structure of the three-layer insulation
 at 150x magnification. The air inclusions in the conductor 
area are larger than towards the outer skin.
The difficulty is not in creating a three-layer dielectric 
(as in the "NEW GAS EXPANDED TRIPLE LAYER" figure).
The difficulty lies rather in producing a solid, homogeneous
 foam with a vesicular structure in such a way that the 
mechanical high-performance properties between the 2 
transitions of the foam structures are guaranteed.
